We are proud to supply sheet metal parts and assemblies to some of the world's leading suppliers of aircraft interior products such as seating, galleys, toilets, and lighting. In addition to this our paint shop can apply a variety of aerospace coatings and paints to your products. This is of course all in accordance with our accreditation to ISO9001:2008.

The staff at Cove are pleased to offer very high quality front panels and rack systems to suit your needs from design right through to manufacture. We can supply front panels in aluminium, steel, stainless steel and extrusion.

All front panels go through our graining machine to give an attractive appearance and can then have protective surface finishes applied such as anodising and alochrom for aluminium, and zinc plating with colour passivate if required for steel. For finishing touches we can add paint finishes in our dedicated paint shop, silk screening, engraving and pad printing.

In addition to this we also offer a comprehensive finishing service with our newly installed paintshop, assembly department, Cnc part marking, pad printing and silk screening.
